ParkLift works beside the reservation system they already use.
The first pilot should not require a park to switch from Campspot, CampLife, RoverPass, NewBook, Mews, a custom booking form, or phone/manual reservations. ParkLift adds the premium layer on top.
The four integration levels
Booking redirect only
ParkLift creates the premium site page and the Book Now button sends guests into the park's existing booking system. This is the fastest, lowest-friction launch path.
Manual tracking
When a premium site is booked in the park's existing system, the park/operator enters it into ParkLift so the added premium and ROI can be tracked.
CSV / export import
The park exports reservations from its PMS and imports them into ParkLift. ParkLift matches premium sites and calculates added premium revenue.
Webhook / API / Zapier
Where supported, reservation events can flow into ParkLift automatically. This is useful later, but it should not be required for the proof of concept.
What the park keeps using
The RV park keeps its existing system for the operational booking record, payments, taxes, cancellations, site assignment, and normal guest management.
